About Us
We're an affordable housing nonprofit formed in 2020. We're located in Washington State near the Seattle area and work the entire PNW. We realized there are decent mobile homes going to the landfill every year and someone needed to step in and save the last usable years of these homes. We get the home to a family who needs good shelter at a cut rate.
Since our inception, we've helped 600+ customers get their mobile home removed at no cost while also capturing the maximal tax deduction to save them money on their income taxes.
